Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mansio Free and Mansio Pro WordPress plugins (together, "the Software") and this website. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Mansio Free — license

Mansio Free is distributed through the official WordPress.org Plugin Directory under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). As with any GPL-licensed software, you're free to install, use, modify, and redistribute it — on as many websites as you like, at no cost. The only limit in Mansio Free is a feature limit, not a license term: each install supports one property/calendar. If you need more, upgrade to Pro.

2. Mansio Pro — license

Mansio Pro is sold directly by us, outside the WordPress.org directory. Each purchased license grants you the right to install and use Mansio Pro on one (1) website, for an unlimited number of properties and rooms on that site. Using the same Pro license on additional websites requires an additional license per site. As required by the WordPress plugin ecosystem, the plugin's PHP code remains GPL-licensed; the one-site limit above applies to your right to our distribution and support, not to the GPL code itself.

3. Pricing & billing

Mansio Pro is billed annually, per room, at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. There is no monthly subscription fee. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals; we'll do our best to give notice ahead of any change.

4. Refunds

If Mansio Pro doesn't work out for your site, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll work it out with you. Once automated checkout is live, refunds may also be subject to our payment provider's own policy.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working reliably with current versions of WordPress, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other damages arising from use of the Software.

6. Support

Mansio Free comes with our published documentation. Mansio Pro includes priority email support directly from the developer.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
